Welcome to a nostalgic trip down memory lane! The Pokémon Company has a special treat for all Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) enthusiasts. Brace yourselves for the next TCG set that pays tribute to the original 151 Pokémon. Dubbed the Pokémon TCG Scarlet and Violet-151 expansion, this fresh set is a nod to the critters that marked the inception of the franchise.
Back to the Origins with Pokémon TCG
Following the two sets themed on the latest Pokémon video games, this new expansion revolves exclusively around the first-generation pocket monsters. An exciting fusion of old and new, the Pokémon in this set will be portrayed within the contemporary region of Paldea, the setting of the most recent Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games.
Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet-151 Booster Bundle is also available. There are some glitches with this one. Select a size and then it can still be added to your cart. 😅https://t.co/DTviyRFtGX pic.twitter.com/zSh0BJQltg

Unveiling the Original 151 in TCG Format
While we await the complete reveal of the set, we have a sneak peek into the upcoming Pokémon ex cards that include fan favorites such as Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, and the adorable Mew.
The 151 special expansion, as the name indicates, will feature every single one of the original 151 Pokémon from the Kanto region’s Pokédex. This is particularly noteworthy as this will mark the return of Kadabra to the TCG after a two-decade absence.
Taking the artistry up a notch, each evolution chain will be the creation of a single artist, encapsulating their unique perspective on certain Pokémon.
